Meditación Áurea

Be welcome and welcome to my channel ...

In my day to day, as a social educator and psychologist I try to accompany and guide families and minors with different problems, seeking the personal development of each individual.

During the quarantine I had the idea of trying to help all the people who might need in the distance in case they suffered from anxiety, depression or stress, without having to think about how close or far they are from me. It is for this reason that I try to convey what I know about psychology, education and philosophy.

This channel aims to be a place where you can find guided meditations, poems and stories, videos of improvement and motivation, etc. In short, a place of tranquility in constant growth, of listening and accompaniment, so that we can grow together and that you forget everything that surrounds you for a few moments.

Thank you for being on the other side, because without your presence, nothing I upload would make sense.
