WINE STOP. Independent L.A. Wine Shops

Wine Stop has been part of DTLA's thriving Arts District neighborhood since 2016. We continue our commitment to offering Los Angeles top-quality, sustainable, organic, biodynamic, natural, and affordable appellation wines exclusively available at our three L.A. wine shops. 

We source our wines directly from responsible wineries that work with the utmost respect for their land and workers. Year after year, we continue visiting our producers to taste the new vintages and to ensure transparency. We talk to workers, neighbors, and the community. 

All wine bottles sold at Wine Stop Wine Shops are hand-selected by Alvaro Cardenas, who can count on 25-plus years of tasting experience. He champions small local producers from lesser-known wine appellations. 

Wine Stop's second location opened in Silver Lake in 2020, and the third in Echo Park in 2022.
