Hi, I’m Old Cheffi.

My wife has called me "Cheffi" for years because I love cooking – often the chef de cuisine at home. Now that I’m 63, Old Cheffi just fits better.

Out in the woods it’s the same – bushcraft, fire and outdoor cooking are part of me. Whether in Lapland or Switzerland, for me it’s about the true experience of nature.
