Michelle Nicole | Own Your Power

I help justice-driven entrepreneurs & organizations embody their anti-oppressive values, speak up against harm, and boldly disrupt inequity through accountability practices grounded in restorative justice.

On this channel, you’ll find actionable strategies for practicing accountability rooted in courage, care, and repair (instead of shame, blame, and punishment) so you can challenge white supremacy and other oppressive systems while creating radical safety for the Black and brown women/queer folks in your organization.

Ready to practice community accountability with less discomfort, defensiveness, and drama?
