Planet MC

Planet MC is an environmental hip hop artist making music for young people. The goal is to raise awareness about the challenges that face our planet and create conversations about how we can be part of the solution.

Planet MC is supported by Doctor Earth who mixes, records all songs and produces some tracks as well. Queen Gaia is the inspiration for a lot of this project’s songs and ideas. And School of Rap at an Oakland middle school also supports Planet MC in many ways. Thanks to Kieko, The Architekt, Elijah Behar and XS Vibe for their amazing production on songs. Also thanks to Young Money Goose for getting Planet MC on the radio!

Thanks to everyone who has given encouragement since 2019 when this project started. All of the kind words from students, teachers, family, friends, football players, kids and former classmates helped Green Rap happen!
