Planet Tree Music Festival

Music to slow down for. Since 1996, the Planet Tree Music Festival in London has presented new music that is uplifting, spacious and often meditative: all-night ragas, overnight gong journeys, piano marathons, and concerts where music meets poetry, light and colour.
You don’t need to know anything about contemporary classical music to enjoy it. Come with open ears and let the sound carry you.
We champion composers who took their own path: Kaikhosru Sorabji, Alan Hovhaness and Jean Catoire, alongside living composers including festival director Lawrence Ball, Keith Barnard and James D’Angelo.
Our festivals and concerts are webcast live here, so wherever you are in the world, you can join us in real time. You’ll also find concert films, performances and glimpses behind the scenes. Subscribe and turn on notifications (the bell) to hear when we go live.
