Sergeant Ski | high-pressure and de-escalation

Sergeant Ski — real-world leadership, high-pressure conversations, and de-escalation.

I’m Steve “Sergeant Ski” Sieczkowski: former U.S. Coast Guard LEDET, 20+ years with the Sheriff’s Office as a Deputy and Sergeant, and an FBI-trained Crisis Negotiator Coordinator and Team Lead.

This channel breaks down leadership that holds up under real pressure—principles built in high-stakes government and public-safety work, translated for corporate teams, business owners, and anyone leading people through hard moments.

Expect no-fluff lessons on decision-making, communication, de-escalation, negotiation, and staying steady when it counts.

I’ll also share lessons and insights from other parts of my career along the way.
