Southern Foundry

Welcome to Southern Foundry — original country and Americana music forged from stories about love, loss, redemption, faith, freedom, family, and the roads that shape who we become.

Southern Foundry is the songwriting and music project of Richard Finn, blending traditional country storytelling with outlaw country, Southern rock, and Americana influences. These are songs written for people who still believe the words matter.

Here you’ll find official releases, lyric videos, visualizers, acoustic performances, behind-the-song stories, and music from the Southern Foundry catalog, including the album *Tin Star Heart*.

Some songs look backward. Some look forward. Some come from scars, some from gratitude, and some are simply meant to turn up loud.

If you love honest lyrics, memorable melodies, guitars, acoustics, and songs with something to say, you’re in the right place.
