Stay Coded Up

I'm Sekwan Merritt — Maryland Master Electrician, license M6094. NASCLA certified in Maryland and DC. I own Lightning Electric out of Baltimore, and we pull commercial permits every week.

Born in New York. Built in Baltimore.

This channel keeps electricians coded up. Code changes, TIAs, what the commentary books get wrong, what your inspector is actually enforcing, and what it costs you when you don't know. Real code, from somebody with a license on the line — not a blog reading you an article.

Every claim comes with the source, so you can check my work.

First series: 50 States / 50 Days — what NEC edition every jurisdiction in America is on. Starting soon.
