Still Me™Care Home Activities Resident Engagement

Resident Engagement & Person-Centred Care. This channel is for care-home activities, resident engagement, activity coordinators and Still Me™ technology. Every person in care deserves to be seen, known, included and remembered. In this video, I share why I created Still Me a person-centred engagement and evidence platform helping care homes, families and specialist providers prove that every person is known, included and still themselves.
Still Me™ supports care homes, nursing homes, dementia services, supported living and activity teams with person-centred activity packs, digital tracking, mood and wellbeing evidence, CQC evidence, CPD training and family reassurance.
