Story From The Kitchen

Most people don't hire a chef because they want food. They hire a chef because there's a night that matters, and they don't want to spend it in the kitchen.

I'm Chef Kobie Baker. I cook private dinners in homes across Frisco and the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area, including Willie Mae's Table, the Mississippi menu from my grandmother's kitchen.

This channel is where those menus come from. Every dish carries a reason it earned a place at the table, and this is where I show it. No talking. Ambient sound. Real cooking.

Tell me why you're gathering, and I'll build the menu around it.
