Supported Skies Yoga by Gabriele

Hi Skies Community!! My name is Gabriele, and welcome to Supported Skies Yoga and Wellness. I am your virtual yoga teacher, offering yoga, meditation, and wellness to a home and space near you! I pride myself on cultivating a warm, inviting and accessible environment to help guide you along your wellness journey to Re-Connection with the (S)elf.

I bring my lived experiences as a yogi, as a young caregiver for a parent with Alzheimer's, and as an everyday student of life, who continues to grow to become the best version of themselves.

On this channel you can expect slower to medium paced Hatha-based classes, to include classes known as "Caregivers Corner," which not only bring awareness, but support caregivers alike. I will also offer some Cloudside chats and additional videos surrounding wellness.

So, I hope you're ready...grab your mat, and come join me in the Skies...I look forward to seeing you there!
