THE STONE DOJO GYM - MARTIAL ARTS DOJO - OUTDOOR GYM - LATEGANSVLEI - OUDTSHOORN - WESTERN CAPE - SOUTH AFRICA

Training indoors in a temperature regulated environment will not prepare an athlete for the true nature of competition outdoors when facing the elements.

The Stone Dojo Gym is a visual beacon of inspiration. It is associative motivation. It is a reminder that every effort, no matter how small and insignificant it may appear to be...does add up!
