Something Heavy to Hold is a raw story of pride, heartbreak, anger, fatherhood, survival, and rebuilding.
The album follows a man shaped by constant change, hard lessons, family history, and the pressure to prove himself.
Across rock, metal, and cinematic influences, each song captures a different stage of falling apart and learning how to stand again.
At its core, the album is about breaking old cycles and becoming a stronger, more grounded man.
