That Frigon Hiker

If you've taken even a cursory glance around my channel, you've probably already figured out that I'm a huge hiking geek. Since childhood, I've found that I'm just naturally drawn to exploring places I've never been, especially when that involves forests and mountains.

But the older I get, the more I've wondered... what is it about hiking that draws me in so much?

As I've explored that question, I've had reason to really explore the way my brain works. When I'm hiking, my brain can joyfully bound down whatever path it wants. It engages my natural love of adventure, my obsessive need to research and plan, and my innate curiosity... and the woods truly don't care if I'm socially awkward. Is it really any wonder why I "Frigon" love to hike? 😊
