The Complexity Trap with Dr Anthony Evans

The simplest services can depend on surprisingly complicated collaboration. As more organisations, technologies and sectors connect, how do we keep that collaboration working?

I’m Dr Anthony Evans, author of The Complexity Trap: Governance, Innovation and Collaboration in the Digital Age. Drawing on my experience in Open Banking and Open Finance, including at the Open Banking Implementation Entity and the Financial Conduct Authority, I explore these questions across what I call Open Everything.

Here you’ll find short videos, practical examples and observations on creating valuable services and the shared infrastructure and governance needed to support them.

I welcome your questions and experiences. You can also follow the conversation and subscribe for free at https://dranthonyevans.substack.com.
