Welcome to The Next Step. 

I am Dr Jonas, a licensed chiropractor focused on helping you understand this journey. I have over 20,000 patient hours and in that time I noticed that the way we perceive injury is simply just an extension of how we perceive the external world around us.  Our journey here is dedicated to helping you bounce back stronger from setbacks, both physical and mental. I want you to understand your body better, and embrace that life is comprehensive. 

We will bring you a wide array of content including expert advice on injury recovery, product breakdowns, tools and tactics for improving your body and mind, stories from those that have overcome, perspectives of people from all walks of life, and discussion to hopefully open you up to a broader world.
