I started this channel as a personal project rooted in my own self-help journey. So often, life can feel completely overwhelming simply because we can’t make sense of what is actually happening inside our minds and our bodies.

I’ve realised that a massive step in learning who we are is just getting the words and meanings right. When everything feels like a bit of a chaotic muddle, having the right vocabulary gives us the tools to finally make sense of it all.

I’m hoping to build this channel into a sort of video library we can all use. It’s a space where we can take quite complex psychology and look at how it actually plays out in real life. Using simple, clear visuals, we’ll look at how our brains process these everyday moods, remind ourselves that we’re not alone in feeling them, and find gentle, practical ways to change how we talk to ourselves.
