YOGAbi Wellness

Hello, beautiful soul!
Welcome to the YOGAbi Wellness YouTube channel, a safe space where you will find valuable information across various categories that support holistic health: yoga, meditation, breathwork, hypnotherapy, lifestyle, nutrition, fitness and living a pure, toxin-free life.

I'm Gabriela Chirilă, and I have over six years of personal practice experience and more than four years of experience as a certified yoga instructor with 500h Yoga Alliance (200h Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga training, under the guidance of Fred Busch in 2020 and a 300h training with House of Om, Bali, in 2023). I am also certified in Hypnotherapy and I am a Past Life Regression Therapist, by Dr. Elena Gabor (RO&USA) in 2023.

In a world designed to divide us and disconnect us from ourselves, my purpose is to guide you back to the light and brilliance within, through a healthy, balanced lifestyle that is easy to understand and practice. Thank you for your time and trust, I really appreciate it.
