I'm 56. Despite being highly active most of my life, I was losing mobility, balance, and strength. I had new pains each year. I was scared. 😢

🧩I didn't know mobility training was the missing piece.

Real talk: There is no single move that fixes mobility. It takes strength, isometric and eccentric loading, and more range - internal, external, flexion, extension.

⏱️Time and consistency are key!

But waking up without stiffness for the first time in years (no more groaning when I bend down to get the dog’s food bowl - WIN!🎉) keeps me going!!

✨️Start where you are.✨️ Don't worry about how well you can do any of it; just start.
