Hi, I’m Amy! Known as _amybaxter.lifts on instagram!

Welcome to my journey! 🩷 I’m working towards transforming my body, building my confidence, and chasing my dream of one day stepping on stage as a bikini competitor.

This journey hasn’t been easy. Behind the progress are struggles, self-doubt, frustrating days, setbacks, and moments when giving up feels easier than carrying on. But I’m learning to stay consistent, push through the hard days, and believe in myself even when progress feels slow.

I’m sharing the REAL journey — my weight loss, body recomposition, gym workouts, nutrition, struggles, progress, and everything it takes to chase a dream.💪✨

If you’re working on yourself, chasing your own goals, or need motivation to keep going, you’re in the right place!

Subscribe and join me on my journey from where I am now to the bikini stage. Let’s celebrate the wins, learn from the setbacks, and see how far determination can take us.
