Ramblings of a Geek

I've been in the Managed Service space for the better part of the last 25 years. Waaaayyy back in the late 90's I was a solo person consulting shop. This was in the days before the term Managed Service Provider (MSP) was widely used. I exited that business when we moved across the country. 

Over the past 25 years or so I've worked for many MSPs as a tech, then manager, and then executive as I was running a $10M+ MSP before leaving to work in the channel supporting MSPs. My aim of this channel is to help MSPs and other SMBs grow their businesses.

I will cover topics all around the business aspect of running an MSP. You won't see much (if any) technical or security topics. You will see Finance, Legal, Strategy, Operations, and other business related topics.
