Algerian Qatari Steel 

The Algerian Qatari Steel (AQS) company was founded in January 2014. It is the outcome of a joint venture between Algeria’s “SIDER” industrial group and the “Algerian Investment Fund” holding a combined 51 % stake and Qatar’s “Qatar Steel International” with the remaining 49%.
AQS is based at the Bellara industrial zone, spreading across a 216-hectare site near the city of El-Milia in the Jijel state, 400 km east of Algiers.
