Hi, I’m Rebecca, 

I'm a Human Design Coach & Transformational Hypnotherapist. I’ve learned so much about healing and how the subconscious mind works along the way. 

I used to struggle each day to know what my purpose was, feeling so unfulfilled and going through the motions. At times I was in the depths of depression and the grip of anxiety, worried what others thought of me.

And THEN, I discovered Human Design and Rapid Transformational Therapy, which changed my life exponentially.

I am happier, off anti depressants for anxiety, making healthier food choices, sleeping better, free from PMDD and physical ailments.

I have vastly improved self confidence and trust, and have healed childhood traumas. I have more self love and acceptance than ever before, and found my purpose in life.

And that purpose, deep inside me, is a knowing I'm here to help heal the emotional wounds of others and guide them to a fulfilled life where you can truly discover the essence of your existence.
