Aligned Living with Christine

Welcome to Aligned Living with Christine — a space for honest conversations about wellness, identity, self-trust, personal growth, faith, and what it means to create a life that truly feels like your own.

I am a board certified Holistic Wellness and Lifestyle Coach, small business owner, and love to share from my own lived experiences, guided by my intuition, my connection to God and Spirit, and the belief that we already carry so much wisdom within us.

My hope is that this space helps you quiet the outside noise, reconnect with yourself, nourish your body, trust what you’re feeling, and give yourself permission to change our minds— your mind, your direction, your priorities, or even the version of yourself you thought you had to be.

Alignment isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about learning to listen, trusting the timing of your life, and staying open to who you’re becoming.
