The goal of my channel is to get minorities to understand their education is a right and not a privilege. I hope that sharing my experiences will help someone else who is going through something similar.
I'm passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work enviroment is because people with different backgrounds see the same issues from different angles. This allows us to see the whole picture and possibly solve our issues effectively and quickly. Talent, intelligence, drive, and integrity comes in different packages. When we create a safe and respectful place, where everyone can come together to work towards one common goal, we make progress. This is what teamwork truly means to me.
