Pleasurable Moment Enhancing Approach

The Pleasurable Enhancing Approach (PMEA) is an intervention philosophy that promotes the emergence of shared pleasurable moments between an older adult living with a neurocognitive disorder and a family caregiver or care provider. These moments can arise through simple activities, meaningful conversations, or everyday interactions that contribute to well-being and help maintain meaningful relationships.
