ARatorio for the Mis-Remembered

ARatorio for the Mis-Remembered is an experimental theatrical project through the University of Iowa Arts and Humanities Initiative and Next Steps Grant, which focuses on telling the stories of local veterans both in person and in virtual reality. It is a continually ongoing project, seeking to find innovative methods to blend emerging technologies such as motion capture and VR/AR into the live performance workflow. The goal is to not only showcase these techniques in this particular project, but to expose students and audiences alike to them to foster the imagination for what the future of the workflow may be.
