Ariela Sarai

I am dedicated to understanding how we can bring forth the best in ourselves and others. After graduating from Columbia University I spent almost two years in India, first volunteering for Mother Teresa then studying Tibetan Buddhism.

When I returned I got an MSW from the University of Pennsylvania. I worked as a therapist in prisons, hospitals, foster homes and hospices. Then I established a Private Practice where I supported people who were focused on personal growth.

Over the last 20 years I have taught workshops, given trainings to companies and groups, hosted a radio show, and contributed to a book. I have also worked individually with hundreds of people from around the world, helping them create the quality of life they have been longing for.
