Fitness Squad

Hi I am a sports scientist and
I have been working out since few years and have realised that fitness enthusiasm is inside everyone but very few move ahead with their goals.
There could be multiple reasons for that like some don't have access to proper workout space while some don't have money to manage their diet and of course some are there who have everything but still don't want to get out of their bed while imagining in their dreams to look better.
So I hope my workout videos and evidence based approach will help you to achieve your fitness goals.
