Ash May PT

A simple man with a big love for lifting things up and putting them down - particularly a fork loaded with food on the way up.

I make videos explaining training techniques for everyone from beginner to advanced and with all goals ranging from losing fat, building muscle, or just maintaining a healthy body.

Nutrition is a particular passion of mine and you'll regularly find videos with recipes and full days of eating optimised for volume eating - eating a LOT of food without a LOT of calories (while still keeping a bunch of taste).
