Intermittent Fasting - By a Stroke Survivor. 
I am 58 years old but none the wiser. Some say I am still 33 years old -mentally. I won a battle with my body last year but the fight still goes on. Pneumonia, 2 Strokes and an Angioplasty later I found Intermittent Fasting. Now I am on a journey to talking about it to whoever might listen.
