Baltimore County Arts Guild

The Baltimore County Arts Guild, promotes artists and access to the arts across Baltimore County, Maryland. We are the managing entity of Baltimore County's state-designated Arts & Entertainment Districts. Maryland Arts & Entertainment Districts build creative communities, encourage tourism, and revitalization through tax-related incentives that attract artists, arts organizations, and other creative enterprises to towns and cities across the State.
