Bearded Buddys (Pty) Ltd

My name is Rico van Deventer, a herpetoculturist based in Vryheid, KZN, with a deep passion for reptiles and exotic animals.

My journey started in 2022 with my first Bearded Dragon, and what began as a hobby quickly became a mission: to promote proper reptile care through honest advice and access to quality products. Since then I have dedicated myself to learning correct husbandry and sharing simple, well-researched guidance so other keepers can give their reptiles the best possible life.

Join me for well researched care videos, enclosure builds, fun updates and the sharing of my personal experience to help you give your beardie the best possible care!

Please note that I am not a veterinary professional or verified expert. I simply share my passion, experience and research and it's important for my viewers to do their own research to ensure thriving happy animals.
