I am a nutrition therapist and I teach paleo-keto cooking for health and longevity.

Be's mini BIO: Be's background includes 2 years with Albert Roux, a long history with Leith's School of Food & Wine (now as specialist teacher running gluten and dairy free workshops).  

She is a naturopathic nutrition therapist and owns Be in the Kitchen Specialist Cookery School.  She is an AAP for Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) Award Scheme.  

She gained her PGCE (DTLLS) in 2012 and in 2015 she was awarded Leatherhead & District Business Person of the Year.
