Benji Does Life

Hi, I'm Ben 👋

Welcome to my slightly chaotic journey through weight loss, questionable food choices and the terrifying decision to train for a half marathon! 😅

I'm not an athlete, fitness guru or nutrition expert — just an ordinary guy trying to lose weight, get healthier and somehow make it across the finish line without needing rescued.

Expect honest weigh-ins, Mounjaro updates, running struggles, life vlogs, victories, setbacks and probably more Jaffa Cakes than my diet plan recommends. I'll be sharing my life with you.

No perfect diets. No fitness influencer nonsense. Just real life, real progress and plenty of laughs.
