Black Mermaid Yoga

Welcome to Black Mermaid Yoga.
This space is for you — the woman who carries so much. You who are tired, stressed, yet still keep going. Whether you’re employed, an entrepreneur, at home, a mother or not. You juggle a thousand responsibilities, you give endlessly without even stopping to breathe.

My name is Nadhia — woman, mother, self-taught, self-employed, yoga teacher. Like you, I know stress, fatigue, mental load. I know of those moments when you feel inadequate, overwhelmed, when everything becomes too much.

Here, I share with you the tools and little tips that help me feel stronger in my body, clearer in my mind, and more emotionally balanced, in my day to day life.
No judgement, no pressure: just time for you — to breathe, recentre, and find inner peace.

In short, I offer you tools to stop surviving and start living.
If you feel this content may help you, please like, subscribe, and share with your girls, your tribe to help me help as many women as possible.

With gratitude.
