Residents of Blau can enjoy a 24/7 TechnoGym on-site, an amazing rooftop with a swimming pool, game & PS5 rooms, study & work space, reception & security services and laundry, as well as free yoga classes, community evens and much more. We are proud to have our own Spanish Language Academy on-site, so every resident can learn the language meanwhile living at Blau. 

Each fee includes all bills, fully equiped rooms and weekly cleaning.
At Blau you can choose different room types - from standard ones to premium suits with a terrace. Every room has a private bathroom, kitchen, TV, bed, wardrobe, tableware and kitchen utensils, and bath accessories
