Blind Congress

Blind Congress has been the "musical" alter-ego of TL Goodwin, an otherwise rarely seen North American Artist, since 1988. He is also a visual artist and lapidary jeweler. He is half of goodwinandmaxwell.com along side Heather, his wife and partner.

Starting now, you can find Blind Congress distributed to many places where you find your music.
