FlowerEmbraceBand-Bloemenband

Instead of a ready-made floral arrangement, the Bloemenband® offers an interactive ritual. It is a beautifully designed band attached around the coffin, basket, or bier, allowing surviving relatives and attendees to personally insert individual flowers. This creates a growing, colorful floral embrace during the ceremony.

What makes the Bloemenband® unique?
Interactive Farewell: The focus is on the act itself. Each flower inserted represents a personal greeting and a final gesture.

Symbolism of Connection: The end result is a collectively created sea of flowers that literally embraces the deceased. Sustainable & Artisanal: Our bands are handmade in the Netherlands from natural materials such as cotton and jute.
