Bloom and Balance Clinic

Bloom & Balance Clinic is here for women and families who want thoughtful, whole-person care that looks deeper. Whether you’re navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding challenges, infant feeding, or simply trying to understand your body better, our goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and taken seriously.

Dr. Kathleen Stenlund, DO, IBCLC brings together osteopathic medicine, breastfeeding expertise, and women’s health, while Maggie Kogut, BSN, RN, MMST helps women understand their cycles and fertility through the Marquette Method of NFP.

Here, we talk about the questions women are actually asking — and the things that are too often brushed off, oversimplified, or left unexplained.

Subscribe for practical answers, compassionate guidance, and care that sees the whole person.
