Breatheolution™️

Since 2020 I have worked with over 3000 people in helping them to regulate their nervous systems, breathe better and improve their performance. I have helped people to address some issues such as COPD, Asthma, Sleep Apnea, Hypertension, Migraines and hormone imbalance.

Along with some of the physical issues we encounter through the stresses of daily life I have also helped people to connect the dots with their mental illnesses and a myriad of conditions such as ADHD, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Panic Disorder and many other connective problems to past events such as trauma, abandonment, abuse, neglect and addictions.
