BrewPro Consulting

Welcome BrewPros!

Alex Postelnek, here to guide you through the Art and Science of Brewing! I'm going to share with you "tried and true techniques" of beer production, investigate some of the science, chemistry and mechanics of brewing. Primarily I want to impart practical "how-to" steps addressing fundamental brewing techniques through these tutorial videos. We will explore real gear in real breweries, talk to professional brewers, review diverse aspects of beer production, and walk thru my reviews of different products and suppliers.

Now, I recognize there are an abundance of newfangled "experts" out there online and on social media, and it may be hard to decipher what information is credible. These videos are aimed at any level of interest or experience and may be best suited for a Homebrewer wishing to up their skills, a Nano Brewer who is preparing to work on larger equipment, or even an Entrepreneur who wants to become familiar with the technique and operations in the brewery.
