Brian Scott Leist

Hello. Brian Leist here. I have a mission to help people improve the quality of their lives by adopting a healthier lifestyle. It all comes down to a healthier immune system.

I try to throw a little humor in there to lighten the mood, but I am serious about taking people along on my journey to help you transform your health.

I have lost over 40 pounds and have completely turned around my health. I had heart disease at one time and I have my diabetes under control.
