Compton L Barker

I’m Laurenzo, a bodybuilder and online fitness coach. I started training nine years ago after growing up watching action heroes on TV and wanted to build a physique like theirs. What started as a passion eventually led me to bodybuilding, including stepping on stage after going from 210 to 174 pounds in just nine weeks. Now I’m building my online coaching business while preparing for my next competition.
This channel documents the journey, bodybuilding, training, nutrition, coaching, day-in-the-life videos, lifestyle, and everything in between.
I’m not here because I have it all figured out. I’m just documenting the process of becoming better.
