Cardio Drumming with Coach Dupuis

A channel for anyone interested in Cardio Drumming. All the routines on this channel are original creations of my own. I try to make each one as engaging and fun as I can 😊💙. I am currently an Elementary P.E. Teacher here in El Paso, TX. All of the routines vary in difficulty, but they can be modified as needed dependent on the needs of your population. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have questions!!!:). You can reach me via email, in the comment section of the videos or feel free to follow me on my social media accounts (links below). Thank-you for stopping by and drumming along with me 💪😊💙
