Share Personal Statement marketing knowledge

Hello, I'm Hayson, Personal Statement marketer.
Share your Personal Statement marketing knowledge that makes the interviewer click.

I've been working in recruitment for about 8 years, and now I'm in the management advisory and distribution business,
I share my knowledge about whether there are people who can help me because I have more and more requests while reading my acquaintances' self-introduction letters.

What I felt while I was fixing my Personal Statement is...
You don't have to write well for technical or production jobs
Just as some people are comfortable with words and paintings, writing is one of the ways of expression,
Interviewers don't do that again.
Just like how a company uses an expert if the product is good but it doesn't market itself,
If you have enough capabilities but you can't express your writing well, you need some marketing.
