Caroline Swart- Marathon Grit

I help aspiring marathon runners make it to the finish line and achieve their goals.
Marathon training is an art and a science, it's not just about running mile after mile.
Marathon Grit is all about getting you running stronger for longer- and making it to the finish line.
G: gear R: running training I: Injury Prevention T: tough inner game.
I used to be a newbie runner and made so many mistakes. Then I started to see those same mistakes being made by patients in my physical therapy practice. That's why I decided to create marathon grit, a coaching solution to help runners get through marathon training safely, effectively, and consistently.
