At Centre for Women Justice Uganda (CWJU), we are dedicated to empowering women, young women, and adolescent girls by ensuring they have access to justice, legal aid, and the knowledge to assert their rights. We advocate for gender equality, fight against gender-based violence, and provide support to people living with HIV who face stigma and discrimination.

Through strategic litigation, policy influence, legal literacy, and community engagement, we work to create a just and equitable society for all. Our initiatives also include economic empowerment programs, digital and vocational skill-building, and advocacy for resource equity.
