I've had a love affair with food for as long as I can remember.

When it came time to choose a career path, it was no surprise I followed my heart - and stomach - to culinary school.

It was here that I trained in classic French cooking techniques and perfected new and traditional cuisines from around the world. I even learned how to make my own bacon and jerky.

I soon realized there were thousands of others who appreciated a good meal but wanted to enjoy it in the comfort of their own home. This started my personal chef career.

It wasn’t long before my clients were asking me questions like:
“How do you add so much flavor to your dishes?”
“What’s your secret to preparing fabulous meals so fast?”
And the big one……
“Can you teach ME to cook like that?”

And that’s how Farms to Forest Chef was born.
